If you would like to apply to be a mentor or mentee, please complete the on-line form below. You need not answer all the questions, but the more information we have, the better our matching will be. (A Microsoft Word version of the form is also available for completing off-line. See the bottom of the page).
Information provided will be kept confidentially on the MentorSET database. By applying, you are agreeing to this.
Please Note: Mentees must be UK citizens or resident in the UK with a valid work permit.

Mentees
It is free to become a mentee if you are currently unemployed, a member of WES, AWiSE or a Sponsor.
If you are not a member of any of these groups, you are recommended to join WES at www.wes.org.uk.
Mentees must be UK citizens or resident in the UK with a valid work permit.
Mentors
It is free to become a mentor.
We strongly encourage women who are mid career to apply to be both a mentor and a mentee, as you will gain more this way.
To obtain the most from the partnership, please read the Mentor and Mentee Information. From time to time, we will also offer mentoring workshops in varying locations.
Mentees: we will match you with a mentor according to the information provided on the form, taking particular note of your main reason for seeking a mentor.
Mentors: we will match you with a mentee according to your expertise, experience and skills, as stated on the form.
No match will be perfect but once we believe we have found a suitable match, we will contact both the mentor and mentee and provide anonymous information about your proposed mentoring partner. If both parties are happy with the proposed match, we will exchange contact details.
The MentorSET guideline booklet provides details on the suggested way of undertaking the partnership. Please contact us if you would like a copy.
